Shipping Procedure

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification email once the order has been dispatched.
